Rogan's Shoes was extremely courteous and helpful... My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes at full price and didn't find the 2nd pair for 1/2 off.. So they put her name in their system and she can get a 2nd pair 1/2 off at any time in the future!!!

I always love coming to rogan's shoes. They've got a pretty decent in-store selection and there's not much that I would want that they can't order for me online have shipped to my house or shipped to the store so I can try it on it's really nice how much they go over the top for customer service worth every penny

These guys were very patient with me. It took 3 weeks and 2 different stores to get me what I wanted but in the end I’m very satisfied. They made me a return customer.

Rogans shoes has always been my go to place to shop! Great deal with buy 1 get 50% off another pair! For yourself or if you have kids it's a perfect place to go!

Can't say I found anything wrong with this location. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, and the store was clean. The selection was the same as other locations and the service was fairly friendly. Overall a good and cheap store, can't go wrong with buy one get one half off.

Everyone was so very pleasant and the prices were reasonable and the clearance shoes I ended up two for a very good price , definitely gonna NNA come back. I got a nice pair of Skechers slip ons and nice pair sneakers

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. They didn't have the style I required, so they contacted another store and, though the transaction was complete there, I merely had to pick my boots up at the other store. This is my place for was quality footwear from casual to formal and work boots as well.

I have several children all in different sizes. Thanks to Rohan's sales they get the right ones. It's also very easy to return them and get new shoes for the same price. The people at the Neenah store are great!

Any person saying the staff here are rude or unhelpful is a crank. I've had only good experiences here with the staff. I get two pairs of boots here every year, and I've always been satisfied.

I like the new rewards program - not as good as the buy 1 get one that Rogan's had but at least it is something. Store is clean and organized. Staff at Neenah Shoe Station were very helpful and pleasant!
